About this product

Papaya Pulp is a single fruit pulp standardised on Brix, acidity and colour for use as a bulk ingredient or carried through to a finished product here.

Fruit arrives from member farms in our own district and is pulped within hours of harvest, the window that decides colour, Brix and aroma more than any other variable. Supplied aseptic in bag in drum for ambient storage, canned, or frozen in blocks, with a Certificate of Analysis per batch.

We make it under your brand as a private-label product, to your own recipe as a contract manufacture, or from our existing formulation if you would rather move fast. Minimum order is 1 MT standard grade · 5 MT for custom Brix or blend, with a typical lead time of 2-3 weeks in season · 3-5 weeks off season. Talk to us about papaya pulp and we will tell you honestly whether the format you have in mind is the right one before you commit to artwork or a print run.
