About this product

Mango pulp is the most traded fruit ingredient India produces, and also the one where quality varies most between suppliers. The variable that matters is not the variety on the label. It is how long the fruit sat on a truck before it reached a pulper.

We source from member farms in our own district, so fruit is processed in hours. You can taste the difference in the finished pulp: colour sits brighter, the aroma still reads as fresh mango rather than as jam, and Brix holds where it should instead of drifting.

We supply Alphonso and Totapuri, single variety or blended to a target Brix, in aseptic bag in drum for ambient storage, canned, or frozen in blocks. Every batch ships with a Certificate of Analysis covering Brix, acidity, pH, colour and microbiological status.
