About this product
Jamoon has a season measured in weeks and a fruit that bruises if you look at it wrong, which is why very few processors handle it properly and why finished jamoon products command what they do.
The prize is the anthocyanin colour, and it is fragile: too much heat or too much time and the deep purple slides to a muddy brown that no amount of added colour convincingly rescues. We process fast and cool, and the pulp comes out the colour the fruit actually was.
It suits functional beverages, diabetic-positioned drinks, ice cream, and any product where a natural purple is doing the selling. Available aseptic, canned or frozen.

Aseptic-grade pulps and purees: mango, guava, pineapple, tomato, papaya, banana, jackfruit, amla, tamarind and wood apple.
