About this product
A squash lives or dies on how it behaves twelve months in, not on how it tastes the day it is bottled. Colour fade and flavour drift are the two failures, and both are formulation problems solved before the first commercial batch.
We set dilution ratio, Brix and colour system so that a cordial poured in a hotel bar in month twelve looks and tastes like the one poured in month one. Available across mango, orange, pineapple, jamoon and mixed fruit.
